Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing or was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
